For this position, at our Asheboro location, previous RV, auto, power sports, marine - high trust - sales experience is a plus! If you sell at some less organized dealers who simply "flood the floor" with too many salespeople, chances are you're waiting on the lot for hours and hours hoping customers show. We don’t work on the “hope” system at Shaw RV.
At Shaw RV we have an extremely active BDC setting appointments, plenty of phone calls yielding quality dealership traffic. If you want a quality sales job with a great work/life balance (our shifts are 8 hours and we have most holidays off!) - take a serious look at Shaw RV. Job Summary:
The successful candidate for this sales position will work with the customers and management to support the Shaw team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term customer relations goals in line with the company vision and values.
Job Duties:
  • Professional appearance and demeanor necessary.
  • The ability to meet customers displaying enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Actively listen to customers discovering their wants and needs for their best RV experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service by displaying strong communication skills with customers, peers and management.
  • Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
  • Set realistic expectations for customers and ensure you hold to those expectations.
  • Utilize all tools available to stay connected with customers throughout the sales experience.
  • Attend all meetings and training as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area for customers and coworkers.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a great team member.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills to manage customer databases using a professional CRM.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic.
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to secure a professional sales license. (Shaw assists you in application)

Full-time - Weekly pay (a draw) plus generous commission structure
Health benefits are available after 90 days. Earned vacation and sick leave start at the time of hire. 401K benefits available after one year.
